This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") sets out the handling of privacy information in relation to the VoiceChanger app (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Personal information refers to information about a living individual that can identify a specific person, including but not limited to names, birthdates, addresses, phone numbers, and contact information contained in such information.
The purposes for which the operator collects and uses personal information are as follows:
1. Provision and development of the Service to users
2. Improvement of the convenience of the Service for users
3. Notification of information and campaign information within the Service to users
4. Responding to inquiries from users, using information necessary for providing services to users such as inquiry contents, service usage status, and contact information
5. Other purposes incidental to the above purposes
The operator will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information.

(1) When the operator is requested to disclose personal information by the individual, the operator shall disclose it to the individual without delay. However, if any of the following apply, the operator may not disclose all or part of the information and shall notify the individual of such decision without delay.
i. When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party.
ii. When there is a risk of significantly impeding the proper implementation of the operator's business.
iii. When it would violate laws and regulations or any other provisions.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the operator will not disclose information other than personal information such as browsing history and characteristic information, as a general rule.
(1) Users may request the operator to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") their personal information held by the operator through the procedure specified by the operator if the user's personal information is incorrect.
(2) If the operator determines that it is necessary to respond to a request under the preceding paragraph, the operator shall perform the correction, etc. of the relevant personal information.
(3) When the operator has performed the correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph or has made a decision not to perform the correction, etc., the operator shall notify the user thereof.
The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying the users.
